Our Commitment

Supervision Hub is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to guarantee we provide equal access to all users.

We believe that the internet should be available and accessible to anyone, and we are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of circumstance or ability.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

The guidelines have three levels of accessibility (A, AA, and AAA). We have chosen Level AA as our target for Supervision Hub because it provides a strong level of accessibility while remaining achievable for our platform.

Accessibility Features

We have implemented the following accessibility features on Supervision Hub:

Keyboard Navigation

All interactive elements are accessible via keyboard
Visible focus indicators on all focusable elements
Logical tab order throughout the application
Skip-to-content links for easier navigation

Screen Reader Support

Semantic HTML structure for proper content hierarchy
ARIA labels and roles where appropriate
Alt text for all meaningful images
Form labels and error messages are announced

Visual Design

Sufficient color contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text)
Color is not the only means of conveying information
Resizable text up to 200% without loss of content
Responsive design that works on all screen sizes

Content & Functionality

Clear and consistent navigation throughout
Descriptive link text that makes sense out of context
Error messages that identify the problem and suggest solutions
No content that flashes more than three times per second

Known Limitations

We are aware of the following accessibility limitations and are working to address them:

Charts & Graphs:Some data visualizations may not be fully accessible to screen readers. We provide text-based alternatives where possible.
PDF Reports:Some exported PDF reports may have limited accessibility. We are working on improving PDF accessibility.
Third-Party Content:Content from third-party services (payment processing, etc.) may not fully conform to our accessibility standards.
