Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We'll prorate any charges.
If your team grows beyond the seats included in your plan, you can add paid seats up to that plan's maximum. If you need more than the maximum, move to the next plan or contact sales for an organization setup.
A supervisee can start with a free account to track their own records. When a BCBA, clinic, or program manages review workflows and team documentation, billing usually belongs to that supervisor or organization.
An active supervisee is someone currently connected to a supervisor or organization for logging, review, and documentation workflows. Completed or terminated supervision relationships should be handled separately from active caseload planning.
