You pay a base subscription fee plus additional costs for each supervisor and supervisee beyond the included limits. For example, if you have 3 supervisors and 10 supervisees on the Starter plan, you'd pay $49/month (base) + 2 additional supervisor seats ($15 each) + 7 additional supervisee seats ($5 each) = $114/month total.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We'll prorate any charges.
If you exceed your supervisor or supervisee limits, you'll be charged for additional seats at the standard rate. You'll receive a notification before any additional charges are applied.
